We love our little community in Dallas – that’s no secret! And there are a lot of wonderful, hard-working people here who deserve notoriety for their businesses. So, we’re going to start sharing a “Local Gems” series here on the blog, highlighting some of our favorite neighbors!
Kicking things off, we know y’all have satisfied that caffeine craving at B-Side Coffee in Elmwood. If you haven’t, what are you doing? This new-ish (opened in January) spot is one of our go-to’s for coffee, tea, and baked items.
If you’re looking for more than just a drink, B-Side also offers sandwiches and tacos. We are not ashamed to admit that we have popped into B-Side a borderline creepy amount of times over the last few months. It’s cute, it’s local, it’s delicious – and everyone there is so friendly.
Now, bear with us as we nerd out a bit. One of Stephané’s favorite aspects of B-Side is that it’s a moody coffee shop that isn’t afraid to pair bold colors with playful wallpaper. The subtle architectural details also celebrate the beautiful history of the neighborhood. These are the little details we can’t help but notice!
Okay, back to fangirling now. If you haven’t checked out B-Side yet, we strongly encourage it. We love what they’ve done with the place and it really just has those cozy vibes we all look for in our neighborhood coffee shop.
